General
While we do not directly control or maintain the wired or wireless networks, Physics Computing Services does act as go-between with the FAS and UIS network operations groups in respect to outages, systemic problems or the changing of subnet/VLAN designations for individual network jacks.
For day-to-day needs, such as getting your laptop or lab computer on the FAS wired or wireless network, please contact the FAS help desk (5-9000 or help@fas.harvard.edu) or browse to the AutoReg system at https://autoreg.fas.harvard.edu. For a quick overview of how to manually register your device (applies to both wired or wireless), see this helpful flyer.
